Exchange within a period not exceeding 24 hours from receiving the package, as this period is sufficient for the customer to check and confirm the product he received.

Exchanges will not be accepted if the customer has damaged the product carton or if the product is used.
Here we emphasize our keenness to serve the customer in the form of optimum.

Switch fee:

• 25 shekels for the West Bank regions.

• 35 shekels from the regions of Jerusalem.

• 70 for indoor areas.
